Does anybody else have troubles with the site remembering that you are logged in when you close your browser? Specifically with Chrome? Or is it just me?
I've been having this problem for a few weeks now, but it's only happening with Chrome. I am wondering if it's just a problem with me, or if it is happening with anyone else.
I've rarely had any trouble with it, but it does happen once or twice a month. Using Firefox.

Okay, so those of you having troubles.... do you often visit Morrowind Modding History or The Holds of Skyrim?
*Grins mischievously* MMH...seems like I have heard of that somewhere...
In all seriousness though, you all KNOW I LIVE in MMH, I do use THoS quite a bit too. Mostly for screenshots stuffs for showing thing to people here while in chat.

I did have problems once or twice a month. I'd have to login again and/OR the site would forget my settings for envolve and the chat window would spontaneously come back. I use MMH less often than i used to with no change in frequency of issues. I never use THoS. I say "did" because it hasn't happened since you implemented and I set the option to disable the chat.
EDIT: Sorry, forgot to say which browser: Opera 12.16 *portable*
I don't remember when I had login/logout problem here last time and back then I use Firefox, but earlier this year I had no choice then to abandon Firefox since I had this problem which prevented me for posting embedded YouTube videos. Eventually I solved the issue by starting using Pale Moon, which Rohugh at the officials did over two years ago IIRC. Pale Moon is basically the Windows version of Firefox.
Anyway, no I haven't notice anything odd lately, but on the other hand I haven't been here much have I. So I can't give you any more information than I had mention in this post.
Oh one thing comes to mind though is that when I had a login issue I did visit MMH, but not THoS when that happen.
Not so much Maybe once every other day for MH,and maybe once every other week for THoS. Usually though the log in issues I have are not aon days when I visit either.
So. You're going to Red Mountain to kill Dagoth Ur? Vivec couldn't do it, so he's elected you. Doesn't that worry you?
Since my main computer is on the fritz, and this one stays mainly on the Guest account, my browser automatically deletes Cookies when it closes. That means I have to log in every time; but fortunately, it also means no one else can log in as me w/o needing my password.

I've been having this problem as well. Doesnt remember me at all
The reason I mention this is because I had a cookie issue on the Swedish TES forum last year I think it was, but after a while I solved it by manually deleting certain cookies so try that and see if that helps.
