I liked these few the most, absolutely stunning authorship! But they were all very well written. Poetry has never really been my thing, but haikus - I feel I could do those...

Thanks for pointing me to these Jac :)

You're welcome, Melchior. To be honest, modern poetry has never really been my thing because I like a certain style and very few people write using it so I generally don't read much. I liked writing the haiku because they were an interesting mental exercise; trying to say what you want to say in only three lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables isn't as easy at it may sound at first. If you decide to write some, I'll be sure to read them.

Very nice. I think I lost oversight over this thread a while ago, so a lot of poems were new to me when I read through it just now. My favourite poem is probably "The Weavers"; most likely due to my own experiences and associations that poem brought forth the most images. Keep up the good work!

Alright Jac, time for another. Hurry up, will ya? :nanadance:

Thank you, Gnomey. It's interesting to see what people like. While I like most of my work, I do have my favorites.

I would, but I have too much going on to be able to sit down and write something. That and I'm concentrating on my story right now. Maybe sometime in the future...?
