Please, what is the name of bar party mod

Hi, folks. I was wondering what the name of a mod is. It's a bar in some town in Morrowind that's a giant party complete with staggering drunks. It's kind of like the Underground in the Underground 2. I don't know if it's on Morrowind Mod History for sure, but I've only seen a clip of it on utube a few years back, and I would love to track it down, so I can go there in the game. Thanks.
