Tamriel Mod History Update

I'm not able to do it yet, but I will soon... so I thought I'd say it right now. Actually it's two separate things.

1. On my own site I wanna have a good forum system like this one. Anyone know how I can do that? Wix doesn't have good apps for it.

2. I love MMH's idea. I also love the Tamriel Rebuilt idea, as well as Morroblivion and Skywind. I'll have infinite time to dedicate to anything I wish soon, and know exactly what I want to do- and one of those things is re-create mods for other Elder Scrolls games in the Skyrim engine. Oblivion and Skyrim already have Morrowind's 'graphic herbalism' as default, but where's the 'advanced herbalism' seed collection? Skyrim has better sea life, but not to the point of 'abot's where all the birds going' and 'abot's waterlife'. There's a huge hole to me where 'morrowind comes alive' type NPC recruiting fits in Skyrim. Anyone wanna get on this bandwagon with me, or does someone else already hold the reins?

This sounds more like a modding request than a Tamriel Mod History Update to me, but TBH I think it is better to do things first rather then tell what's gonna to happen and not what has happen.

Also keep in mind that both Morroblivion and Skywind is illegal as far Bethesda is concerned.  So I'll give you an advice do not post this request on BSF, because I'm quite sure that your thread will be closed for discussing restricted topics.

Finally, I know what forum software GHF is running and that's phpBB, which is based on open source and most mods at least those mods used for phpBB3 3.0.12 is free of charge and only a few mods will cost you a few dollars.

However a few days ago phpBB 3.1.0 came out with important changes which are as follows.
  • No more mods can be used, because all mods are now obsolete due for using extensions.
  • You also need a higher PHP version installed on the server.

Well, Viirin, the ultimate goal of MMH2.0 is to encompass MMH, GHF, GHF Downloads and The Holds of Skyrim. Basically covering all of the TES games.
