I posted Morrowind.esp
Tribunal.esp
Bloodmoon.esp
which i hope will help the modders out there, to create more esm, based off of original Goty.
link *Deleted* thanks to Spirtithawke for reminding me of readme.
Sorry bout that, but thought pretty self explanatory. when making a TC using original morrowind, or taking your own great mod an making it a esm. I read this, http://www.ageinc.com/Morrowind/Thanos_Tower/Download/ShadowsongCreatingESM-Files.pdf ,this states you wouldn't have a morrowind esp, well that is wrong, now anyone can have a esp and build mods free of dependents!

Just a little information to consider.  There are a number of commonly used 3rd party programs out there that will easily remove dependencies from an esp after it is created, such as Wrye Mash, (Latest standalone download here, standalone means you do not have to install Python separately.) and TES Dependency Tool Kit (TESDTK).  If you want to try out the original Wrye Mash, Wrye Mash 84, This requires Python be installed, you can use one of these two Pythons with it: Wrye Python or Wrye Python 03a. Note:  If you want to try out Wrye Mash 84, Abot has some tweaks for that version available.

As for making an TC, There are number of other files on MMH that I have a feeling modders might find more useful as they have much of the content removed that a maker of a TC would want removed anyways, such as BTG's Blank ESP™, Blank Master File Version 2.0, Thepal's Blank, and others.
