I've just spent 20 minutes randomly clicking mods, and had none come up like that. Sometimes I will have that happen when loading a mod, but 99.9% of the time refreshing the page fixes the issue perhaps it might be related to some of your browser addons? If you have any common addons between the three browsers could you list them for us?
