First let me say to you
Welcome to Great House Fliggerty!!!!!
As to you're query about places to see...
I love visiting Blackreach, but everyone's been there.
Have you visited the Hunter Jacuzzi Camp west of Eldergleam sanctuary?
Here's the approximate location if you haven't been.

I have as most people do and that's to visit Blackreach, but I didn't like it there too dark for my taste and then you have a lot Falmer's around you.

What I like the most in Skyrim is the beautiful landscape, in particular the Reach and Whiterun.

If you like to travel, and see the game world, you may want to look into taking quests from inn keepers "I'm looking for work", or Jarl's stewards. Quite a few of those are radiant quests, and you can be surprised at where you may end up going. If you hadn't done the Gildergreen quest in Whiterun yet that has some nice locations to see in it too. Also if you've got that very buggy, and wholly unreliable Dawnguard expansion, you might want to do that as it's got some interesting places to visit as well.
