In the Character Management section:

Times Travelled: Does this include Mage Guilds Teleportations & Scrolls (Interventions/Mark/Recall) or only Sil Strider Services?

Weapon Swings: Does this include Hand-to-hand combat? If no, does the beast race claws also count for normal hand-to-hand?
