Monk Focus v1.3 by XeroDeath

Aims to enhance Morrowind's Monk experience by bestowing a Focus Power upon the player every five levels, up to level 35.
This mod is intended to be used with the Monk class, and has not been playtested for balancing issues with other classes.

Notes:

v1.0 - Created spells.
v1.1 - Added spells to an NPC who, when talked to, will bestow the player with the powers and then vanish.
v1.2 - Added a quest to the NPC in order to obtain the powers.
v1.3 - Removed the NPC and added a progression script so that the powers will be added to the player as he/she levels.

-Cleaned with Tesame.
