TESPCD cleaned file not saving? [Solved]

I normally use Enchanted Editor to clean my mods, but checking with TESPCD, I found one mod has dirty references that aren't picked up in EE. I cleaned it, going by the tutorial here.

I opened the esp in the tespcd, highlight it, click on the red arrow at top, and when the list comes up, I clicked on the check unclean under operations, then auto delete unclean. I have to click through a series of error messages- the dirty reference- "Esp may be lost-restore from generated backup" - "the operation completed successfully." Then File->save results, where I assume you select the esp you are cleaning and overwrite it.

But if I check it again, the same dirty references are there.

I''ve tried to individually clean dirty references manually, also, but with the same results. I don't know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

ETA: Need to be run as administrator. Right click on the .exe and run as administrator does fine.  :D

Figured it out- in Win 8.1, right click the tespcdv031.exe and run as administrator.

Yay, clean mods!
