Lost Artifacts of Tamriel Addon. Daedric Crescent problem

So, I have the lost artifacts of tamriel addon, which adds the wabbajack, namira's ring and makes some modifications to the daedric crescent. The problem I am having is that efter I load a saved game with the Daedric Cresecnt in my inventory, the game crashes, every save I make after I acquire the Daedric Cresent crashes when I try to load it, I don't even need to have it equipped, just having it in my inventory crash the game, does someone know what to do?
