Error: "The actor has no Animation class!"

This issue has come up multiple times, due to which I had to reload a previous save file, but it gets really irritating and I want to get to the bottom of this.
I have a Windows 7, i5 Processor, using ATi Radeon HD 6570 graphics chipset.
I'm also using the Morrowind Graphics And Sounds Overhaul, and I'm getting this error:
"Model Load Error: Meshes\plx_crt\Alit_D.nif cannot load file in Meshes\plx_crt\Alit_D.nif.
Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF.
Creature "alit_diseased0000001C" has no animation groups.
Morrowind will crash!
Actor Animation problem with "alit_diseased0000001C".
This actor has no Animation class!"

Please post your loadorder and the contents of Warnings.txt and this might be useful to read too, because we cannot help you without knowing the information you can provide.

That error looks like it comes from PirateLord's Creatures 9 mod. Are you using Darknut's retextures for that mod by some chance? If so, make sure you're using his meshes and not PL's. If not, make sure that you have all of the meshes from PL's mod installed into the Data Files\Meshes\plx_crt folder.

Okay, I was using Darknut's retextures.. it comes along with the Overhaul, actually. So I reinstalled Darknut's mod, but still I get the error of Animation class.
I used to get this error before as well, I just used to load an earlier save file, but it's getting ridiculous nowadays!

And I did already post the contents of Warnings.txt, but I'll do it again:

Have you tried to uncheck this mod just to see what result that might be?

If that doesn't help I think you'll need to checkout the file structure in the archive for Darknut's creature mod.  You can also anneal a mod in Wrye Mash if you're using that and sometimes can annealing a mod fix similar issues.

I did try unchecking Neo's Unique Creatures, but still the problem is persistent.
And what is this annealing tool which you speak of? I do indeed have Wrye Mash but I can't find this annealing option anywhere.

I'm out of suggestions aside from starting a new game and dropping in a diseased alit somewhere. You can do that with the console->PlaceAtPC "alit_diseased" 1 120 1. I believe that will place one copy in front of you, but I could be wrong. Do it in town in case it works so the guards can kill it. That or face it, open up the console again, click on it, and type sethealth 0.

It is Tamriel Rebuilt... trust me, I had those notices before when I was in the TR landmass. This is because the BSA is not validated in your Morrowind.ini

1) Go to Morrowind.ini
2) go down to [Archives]
The ini should have...
Archive 0=Tribunal.bsa
Archive 1=Bloodmoon.bsa
3) now put right under those two...
Archive 2=TR_Data.bsa

Now the archive is validated and TR should know all the things in the TR bsa.

Thanks, you saved my bacon too! The TR Archive wasn't there.  I actually had to add the entire [Archives] section for some reason!
