(WIP) The City of Balmora

I am working on a town expansion for Balmora Unlike with my Ald-ruhn mod I won't be adding a dozen buildings as Balmora already has a realistic population, However a few new buildings are going to be added.  I am mostly focusing on detail this time, adding festoons and overhands to most of the vanilla buildings.

I have also given the Fighters and Mages Guilld quarters some unique banners and clutter.

I have added a brick texture to the canal making it look more like it's part of the city, I have also added railing to it and some lanterns to the bridges, some more lanterns are going to be added soon.

 I am also adding some saint shrines to the city.  I have also added watchmen to the towers and added some details to the temple.

That is all my progress for now, thanks to Lougian for letting me use his festoon models.  :VivecSmile:y

I have now added many new buildings.  Howwever because I hate doing interiors over and over again these buildings have no doors or interiors, instead they have activators that look like doors that say "This place has nothing of value" similar to how some buildings are in Daggerfall.
