Honestly, one of the things I'm looking forward to most about this are the miscellaneous quests. I love quests which take me around a city big enough to contain interesting quests (plus the new dungeons sound intriguing).

Between "Uvirich's Legacy", "Building Up Uvirich's Grave/Legacy", and "Rise of House Telvanni", there aren't many competitive mods to give an incentive to play the other houses.
I've been thinking alot about an extension to "Join All Houses" that would try to integrate the best of the Stronghold mods and/or house questline enhancements, but the pickings for Redoran and Hlallu in that area are pretty slim.....

In the great wind of progress, tradition cannot stand. Grasp fortune by the forelocks. When you see your chances, seize them. When you see a chance to turn a profit, take it. But do not follow money blindly. There is value in reputation, more than many young Hlaalu realize. This value must be carefully balanced against the more tangible coins in any deal. Theft and murder are bad for business. You can steal from someone, but will he trade with you after that? You can't bargain with a dead man. — Grasping Fortune

Hlaalu has a sort of dual nature, and it'd be interesting to be able to shape the guild, towards the end, to either path.

By lack of matching sewer set, I solved it by a quite unusual makeshift (also the interiors linked to it in a totally different style with arched ceiling), if you can make a tilset you are welcome to do so, I can't.
