        TITLE:   Full Paralysis
        VERSION: 1.1

        PLUG-IN TYPE: Tweak

It makes no sense to me that you should be able to open up your inventory and
drink a cure paralysis potion while you are paralyzed, or do anything else
for that matter.

This simply disables the right mouse key when you are paralyzed.

There is an alternate esp that will also change the standard Potion of Cure
Paralyzation to a Potion of Resist Paralyzation.

This mod is dependent upon Morrowind Graphics Extender (MGE)

       2. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files
directory.

REQUIREMENTS: Morrowind, Bloodmoon, Tribunal, MGE (v3.3.2 or later)

*****************************************************************

       3. PLAYING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

Choose which esp to use, you only need one:

Full Paralysis.esp only disables the inventory when paralyzed.

Full Paralysis; Restore Potions.esp also changes the potion with the id
p_cure_paralyzation_s to have an effect of resist paralysis for 30 seconds instead
of cure.

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to your chosen esp file.
Launch Morrowind via the MWSE shortcut.

If you use a key other than the right mouse button to open your inventory, you
will need to set the global variable fl_fp_key to the proper decimal value for
the key you use.

To find out the right value, first open up MGEGui.exe.  Go to the Input tab and
click on "Launch macro editor."  In the macro editor, select the key you use.
On the info bar at the top of the macro editor you will see something like
"Editing macro 0x2."  The hex value is what we need (the 0x2, or whichever it says.)
Unless you know how to convert hex to decimal, you'll need a converter.  I use
this one: http://www.easycalculation.com/hex-converter.php
Put in your hex value, and it will return the decimal value for your key.  Go into
the game, and use the console to set the variable fl_fp_key to that decimal value.

I'm such a wuss! I always thought it was ridiculous that you could supposedly rifle through your pack, grab a potion and lift it to your mouth whilst paralysed but I'm not going to argue with a such a leap of faith when it's so clearly in my favour. This mod makes perfect sense but I'm far to weak to download it :P
