During the MQ, you may meet some Dreamer refugees; after the MQ, you get
to have a Sixth House inspired Bar and Grill.

A mod linked actively with the progress of the Main Quest. The PC can meet
and assist some resistant Dreamers hiding in a shielded refuge. There are some quests and rewards involved.

A beta test release?
I'd love to give a hand on this one, but my current play through is all about not doing anything main questy.
And my other saves are all either all done with the MQ, or not at all doing anything with it either.
I can DL it, and start a new play through, but then I'd forget about my current toon, and she'd be stuck in savewasteland.
Where is the bar entrance located again?

Entrance is in the NW of the Ascadian Isles, where the pass goes into the ash foyada leading to Moonmoth/Balmora.

Oh man, this is awesome! The party going on upstairs was cool enough, but then being able to brew, distill, etc your own drinks was awesome! Fantastic work, DG! And excellent models, KF!

I think the cantina song that's supposed to be playing wasn't included? And I'm not sure if everyone was supposed to have custom dialogue but most people who were not service people had their dialogue overwritten by the "E-e-excuse me Nerevarine..." thing. At least since I wasn't using a patch to fix that...

edit: oh, and I should mention that the pickled stalker heads were awesome. Probably my favorite thing, lol.

Okay, looks like TESFiles missed the music file. It's supposed to play once, the first time you approach the stage.

As to the dialogue issue, it's partly due to that post-MQ glitch and partly due to me not finishing the custom greetings. NO-one is actually supposed to talk to you; just a NoGreet, or a custom greeting with and immediate "Goodbye." I released it as a Beta, just in case I just couldn't finish it. Now, I see a couple of things to fix. However, I'm going to try to finish Captain Jack, first.
