Proper Leather Armor By Spirited Treasure

Are you sick and tired of always putting a dress on your guy when you want leather armor?
Does your female character have cold legs?

Do you just want some leather armor ? Are you Wondering why thieves are the only ones with the cool stuff but don't want to be in their guild to get it?

Well this is the mod for you.

I've taken the boss thief armor and switched it up with the leather armor.
It is simply a mesh and two texture replacements. I used the boss stuff because it's slightly different and because it has sleeves. NO I won't switch it to something else. You can do that for yourself. It's not that hard, trust me.

No esp is needed.

I thought the thieves armor looked like what I was used to seeing as Leather.
I didn't like the dresses that were called leather. They looked especially silly on the guys.
I wanted pants in my game! I don't think that is too much to ask!

I like the leather helmet so I simply recolored the texture to match the armor. The mesh is the same as it always was. It's actually one of the only helmets in Skyrim that I like.

Everything should look fine now. Even the ground meshes are changed up. These are vanilla body meshes. They are full body so it should not matter which body mod you are using.

This mod is uploaded exclusively to Fliggerty's site.
Do NOT upload it elsewhere without my permission!
Enjoy.

Oh cool.   I always loved armor replacers that sticked close the originals, but still looked nice :sheo:

Excellent.  Only complaint is that it took me forever to find where the download link was hidden.

I never noticed how difficult it is to notice the download link next to screenshots...oh well it is much better now.  Great mod Spirit, looking forward to seeing you do more with Skyrim.

I tried your mod the other day and great job ST with that leather armor.  It looks what it should be in vanilla.  :dancing-banana:    :dancing-banana:

I've since that day I first tried your mod I always install your replacer, in fact I simply cannot play Skyrim without having your replacer installed.  Personally, I consider your Leather Armor Replacer to be a must have mod.  :sheo:

Last year Bethesda released SSE and in-game I notice that the original Leather Armor in SLE aren't the same in SSE.  So I would like to make a small request about converting the Leather Armor Replacer mod to work with either of these mods.

https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/3029957
https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/3018296

I dunno if these mods are using the same ID or not, but if the mods are using the same ID then don't bother to convert this replacer for both mods if it isn't necessary.
