In the off chance that it has been missed here I would like to take the opportunity to mention to everybody that the Bethesda Softworks Forums will be going through some changes in the near future. You might want to take a look at this thread if you have an account over there.

Bethesda posted on their Facebook page today that Fallout 4 will not end when the player completes the Main story line, and that there will be no level cap.

Bethesda wrote:To our fans who’ve asked: Fallout 4 doesn’t end when the main story is over and there is no level cap. You can keep playing and leveling.

It appears to be in-engine, and the color scheme is very vivid. the Fallout 4 website already has pre-order options. Xbox 360 and PS3 do not appear to be options, making this purely a next-gen game. Graphics in the trailer aren't particularly impressive, but we'll have to wait and see.
